​Inside Sales (Recruiting) Coordinator Job Details

Recruiting Coordinators are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches! Through high-volume outbound calls, recruiting coordinators provide education around service offerings and demonstrate a commitment to world class service in a competitive and collaborative environment.

This entry-level sales position allows you to:

  • Utilize and strengthen communication skills (75-100 outbound dials daily)
  •  Learn and develop various sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Gain expertise about 30 different sports recruitment processes
  • Take advantage of professional growth opportunities
  • Impact your own income! By meeting and exceeding goals, you can earn additional income above and beyond your base pay.

 Requirements

  • 6 months of professional experience, preferably in sales 
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
  • Some sports knowledge required, former athletes and coaches at high school or higher level preferred
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
