What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST position at Naval Sea Systems Command?
You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the COR Oversight Branch; Contracts Department of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION. You will serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Certification Manager.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-05 is equivalent to GS-13/14.
This position is salary capped at GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435). See "Additional Information" section.

Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Contract Specialist ensuring contracts meet technical requirements and milestones.
