NavaDerm is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and grow our dermatology practices throughout the greater NYC area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to drive growth throughout the platform including provider recruitment, pathology revenues, product sales and research contracts.
• Assist with provider recruitment (physicians and extenders) process for our locations in NY, NJ, and PA
• Develop pipeline of acquisition candidates including small dermatology practices
• Negotiate terms and successfully close physician agreements
• Educate NavaDerm providers about path lab resource
• Coordinate with office managers to promote product sales at each facility
• Work closely with the Director of Medical research, to help win research contracts
• Lead initiative to drive clinical trials
• Collaborate across various resource teams
• Manage key deliverables by preparing and facilitating executive presentations to senior leadership teams within company and external partners.
• Provide timely status on accounts, opportunities, and other growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field, or
• 5 years healthcare sales with a deep knowledge of industry dynamics
• 5 of development/start up experience scaling new companies
• Demonstrated experience analyzing markets, partners, and competitors
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Advanced computer skills

• Dermatology, Pathology, or Plastic Surgery business development experience
