Responsibilities:

·Provides direct resident nursing care within the scope of licensure and in compliance with current standards of practice and corporate / care center policies and procedures

·Documents resident status/care / services in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner

·Follows the plan of care and ensures the overall health and well-being of each resident

Qualifications:

·Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa LPN license

·Experience in skilled nursing / long term care (LTC) preferred

·Knowledge and understanding of federal and state nursing facility rules and regulations, including licensing, OSHA, CDC, and Public Safety

·Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
