Naumann Hobbs Material Handling Corp II Inc. is Hiring a Procurement Specialist Near Fontana, CA

Naumann/Hobbs is looking for YOU to fill our Procurement Specialist position in the Fontana, CA area.

We are the largest Material Handling Equipment Company in the Southwest. Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, Inc. sells, rents, services, and supplies parts on an extensive line of material handling products. We are a staple in the Valley with almost 70 years of business experience and over 100 million in annual sales.

The Procurement Specialist will process battery and charger orders in our system and our manufacture system, tracking orders to delivery, installation, and invoicing, processing manufacture order requests, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Monday- Friday

$75K - $85K

What you will do:

  • Enter new orders into our system and issue purchase orders to vendors.
  • Process orders in our forklift manufacture system. 
  • Track manufacture orders to shipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal departments, customers, vendors.
  • Update management weekly with the expected billing for the current month.
  • Work with internal departments to coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment and ensure manufacture warranties are registered. 
  • Complete customer billing.
  • Maintain audit files with required documents, purchase orders, shipping, documents, invoices, etc.
  • Participate in team planning meeting and audit preparation
  • Meet defined department goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or similar role.
  • Industry Experience a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • The employee is required to regularly use hands to type and use a computer.
