Natus Medical Incorporated is a rapidly growing, global company founded in 1989 to develop, manufacture, and market products used by clinicians for the screening, detection, monitoring, treatment of impairments and disorders affecting newborns, the brain, nerves, muscles, balance, mobility and hearing. 

Natus Medical is currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager to manage the field sales force within their assigned region.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Ensures that all direct reports are familiar with, trained on and follow all Quality System procedures related to their jobs which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers and that changes to procedures are reviewed, approved and validated prior to implementation.
  • Sales training and development execution
  • Role model for ethical and professional behavior
  • Visit and work with district sales managers, customers, and key accounts
  • Assist and direct sales force in developing, analyzing and closing business
  • Provide management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities
  • Prepare and review annual and monthly sales forecasts
  • Prepare and review annual operating budgets
  • Prepare and execute annual territory sales plans
  • Support RA/QA requirements by all team members
  • Interface with clinical education team and field support to coordinate region’s field efforts

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college strongly preferred, MBA or Medical Qualification a strong plus
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales
  • Experience in capital goods sales process a plus
  • Ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff a plus
  • Excellent concept selling skills
  • Must be able to analyze financial information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Computer skills required, knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Require current driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's license required 

Travel Required: Extensive 75%
