Nationwide Healthcare Services is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Wilmington, DE
Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 100 bed skilled nursing center located in beautiful downtown Wilmington, DE. We are currently seeking a RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team.
$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS
This position supervises, provides and coordinates nursing care in compliance with facility policy and procedures to assess residents' care needs under the direction of the DON.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN with valid license.
- Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.
- Two years professional nursing experience.
- Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to perform functions as itemized in physical and environmental requirements of the job.
- Take the appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
- Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
- Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
- Monday through Friday, with the option of a flexible schedule/hours in management role.
- On-call rotation.
