We are looking for caring and compassionate Unit Manager to join our Team!

Available shift: 7AM -3PM

  • Experience in this field and possess quality skills to motivate and mentor other nursing staff to provide quality care to our residents.
  • Possess active Delaware RN License, in good standing.
  • Must have experience working with residents, in a Short/Long Term atmosphere.
  • Flexible & open to helping others.
  • Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.

Position Summary: Assigning nursing staff • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families. • Provide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requests. • Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations. • Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. • Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records. • Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required.
