Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 22 employees, including sales, operations, customer service and yard personnel. You'll be accountable for the organization, staffing, direction, and overall control of profitability and safe work practices via your direct responsibilities and oversight of sales, operations and logistics. As Branch Manager, you will oversee operations and also coach and mentor the sales team.
To be a good fit for the Branch Manager opportunity, you will have:
* 5 years of management experience in sales and operations in the equipment rental and/or sales industry, preferably with construction equipment.
* An understanding of yard operations and fleet management, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when necessary.
* Strategic leadership skills and a proven ability to identify, plan and execute improvements in process and performance.
* Experience with sales and a solid customer service orientation.
* Budget and P&L management experience.
