National Technology Transfer is Hiring a Customer Success Specialist Near Centennial, CO

Overview

The Customer Success Specialist is the primary liaison between operations, sales and the client with administrative and operational duties required for successful class completion.

Responsibilities

  • Acquires and manages all needed logistics and operational information from the client and coordinates this with NTT Operations and Logistics
  • Primary post sale liaison between the client and NTT operations
  • CEU administration and support
  • Class Completion Certificate Management
  • Post class documentation management
  • Post class close out
  • Sales team support
  • Producer duties (class introduction and start up, monitoring student activities) for Live Online Training classes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred

Skills/Abilities:

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office application
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Excellent work ethic; must be dependable, flexible and self-starter
