STORE ASSOCIATE- PART TIME
NATIONAL SALON RESOURCES
National Salon Resources, the industry leader in bringing new and innovative brands to salons and stylists in the Midwest, is seeking a Part Time Store Associate
Purpose: To achieve the company’s sales goals and other initiatives. To maintain all company standards in the areas of operations and customer service.
Essential Duties:
- Follow all store policies and procedures including: Inventory control, merchandising, defects/returns, cash handling
- Ensure store is open during normal business hours
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to multi-task, prioritize and possess strong management skills
- Must communicate effectively and in a timely manner with supervisor and team members
- Ability to implement sales initiatives in order to obtain sales results
- Cosmetology knowledge/experience helpful
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of four hour shifts
- Must be able to carry, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Regular interface with team members, management and customers
