STORE ASSOCIATE- PART TIME

NATIONAL SALON RESOURCES

SCHEDULE: ABOUT 10 HOURS PER WEEK BETWEEN 8:30 AND 5:00 MONDAY-FRIDAY

National Salon Resources, the industry leader in bringing new and innovative brands to salons and stylists in the upper Midwest, is seeking a Part Time Store Associate

Purpose: To maintain all company standards in the areas of customer service operations. To share information regarding new products and promotions with customers.

Essential Duties:

• Follow all store policies and procedures including: Inventory control, merchandising, returns, cash handling
• Ensure store is open during normal business hours
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to multi-task, prioritize and possess strong management skills
• Must communicate effectively and in a timely manner with supervisor and team members
• Ability to implement sales initiatives in order to obtain sales results
• Cosmetology knowledge/experience helpful

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to stand for a minimum of four hour shifts
• Must be able to carry, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Regular interface with team members, management and customers
