National RE Invest is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Lombard, IL

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary but may include the following

· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

· Maintains physical and digital filing systems.

· Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments

· Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.

· Plan and maintain schedule for meetings and events

· Posting events on social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Meetup)

· Prepare materials for meetings and events

· Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.

· Keep CRM Updated

Skills and Competencies:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must

Pay: $50k - $75k

Benefits: Medical Insurance is available

Schedule

Monday - Friday (10am - 6pm)

Some Evenings and Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
