Production bonus opportunities Job Duties Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements Observe machine operation to detect material defects or machine malfunctions Maintain all production and quality related reporting Responsible for the overall quality of the material and productivity of the line Comply with all plant safety rules and guidelines Job Requirements High school diploma or GED is necessary 1-3 years in manufacturing industry is preferred. If applicants do not have manufacturing experience, on-the-job training will be offered. Previous machine operation, material handling, production or other warehouse related experience is mandatory. Basic math, measurement, computer skills, and ability to follow directions. NMP employees must be able to repeatedly lift up to 10lbs and occasionally lift up to 30lbs as needed.
