The Parts Counter Associate compensation range is position ranging $18.00 - $20.00 an hour based on experience. This is a Monday - Friday 8 hour a day position that does include one Saturday every 8 weeks.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Parts Counter Associate:

• Accurately receives/confirms parts orders, inspect orders for damage, handles stocking and returns of Warranty parts through established and new vendors or manufacturers. 
• Retrieves (pulls) purchased parts from inventory or if the requested parts are not in inventory determines availability, prepare parts requisition, and submit order as required.
• Keeps accurate records of special-order parts
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information to customers
• Have a working knowledge of parts for each type unit, general parts required and understanding of subparts that will be needed for installation.
• Promotes company expectations by maintaining best practices for the industry, promoting teamwork and individual success in a fast-pace environment
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements for a Parts Counter Associate:

• Must use computer system, phone, office equipment.
• Legally able to work in the US
• Maintain a drug free workplace
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be insurable by the Company insurance carrier
• Be customer service oriented
• Literate in English - both written and verbal, Spanish a plus
• Show attention to detail
• Always show professionalism
