National Indoor RV Centers is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near North Las Vegas, NV

National Indoor RV Centers is actively seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist. We are a premier full-service RV company that values lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.

We are growing fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long-term valued member of our NIRVC family.

The Front Desk Receptionist role is an entry level position with the potential to move up within the company. This is an hourly position paying up to $20.00 per hour. The
work schedule is Monday. - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

  • We are a full-service facility - Sales, storage, wash & detail, trip prep, and repair
  • We are expanding and building brand new, state-of-the-art centers in additional states
  • Our atmosphere is one where we consider ourselves a 'mentoring' facility where everyone helps, promotes, and cares about one another

Duties & Responsibilities of a Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Take charge of the front desk
  • Engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner in a way that represents the brand image
  • Responsible for answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls

 Qualifications for a Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Must be a people person
  • Demonstrates familiarity with word processing programs and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and phone skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Communicates information clearly and effectively
  • Works well with a team
  • Able to multitask efficiently
