The Manager will serve as a consultative and strategic partner in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies that align to the organization’s strategic framework and enhancing overall recruiting program success while placing a high value on the “candidate experience.” The Manager will oversee sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet the staffing needs of the organization and ensure compliance with EEO and ADA guidelines.
