Looking for a strong Social Worker to work part-time in a skilled nursing facility located in Valhalla, NY.
Job Description:
- Assist new residents and their family in the initial adjustment phase, as well as in the ongoing transition to institutional living
- Provide information to the resident, and/or family member, on residents' rights and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a Social Worker
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care
- Must have BSW or MSW
