- Assist with scheduling and managing training classes (most classes will be taught by Manufacturing personnel) and track the store & body shop Personnel on their training levels.
- Assist with non-Paint Company classes (MMM, ECT).
- Assist with onsite shop training of PBE accounts, troubleshoot problem areas, new products, and equipment
- Submit activity reports.
- Provides Demo support for SSI stores in the region including new products to existing accounts and target accounts.
- Conducts in-store training for SSI Store Personnel on all new products when Manufactures Rep is not available.
- Be available for Special Projects in other regions of the country.
- Travel is required.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Leadership and excellent communication skills are required
- 3 years of automotive paint spraying experience
- Understanding of the Body Shop business
- Automotive painting skills and an understanding of the equipment are required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
