Position Details:

As an NAI Assembler, you will build bikes, grills, furniture & anything our customer requests. You will first be certified as an In-Store Assembler Technician, where you will service our retail customers in their stores. After completing your in-store certification, there is an opportunity to become in-home certified and assemble products in our customers' homes. We also have trainer certifications and grill certifications. The more certifications you earn, the more money you will make. There is so much opportunity for growth & earning potential; the sky is the limit!

A day in the life of an Assembler is when you go to various retail stores throughout the week to assemble products. You will be working independently and will need your own reliable transportation to get to the store. You will typically work 8 - 5 pm M-F or until your products have been assembled with occasional weekends and will need to provide your own tools. You have unlimited earning potential with our piece-rate pay model. You earn what you build, and hard work results in high pay. We also offer approved overtime during peak seasons. We offer a two-week, top-rated paid certification program of $18/hr start-$18/hr max to get you started quickly.
