National Ambulance is Hiring an Operations Specialist Near Springfield, MA

National Ambulance wants you to be a part of our rapidly growing family oriented company that provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance & handicap van services to Greater Springfield. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is willing to work in our state of the art operations center.
National Ambulance Operations Specialists are responsible for a wide variety of operations activities; including receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance service, transmitting orders to suitable response units, staff scheduling, and completing administrative duties all while maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast-pace office setting.

Responsibilities:
• Consistently multi-tasking 
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Resource management
• Working independently without direct supervision to accomplish goals
• Scheduling & quality control

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
• The ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• A positive attitude
• The ability to work in a team
• Willingness for continual learning
• Flexibility, assertiveness & forward thinking
