What is a Client Experience Specialist at NATACS

The Part-Time Client Experience Specialist is a crucial position within NATACS because you're the frontline to our valued clients. You are our client's primary point of contact, and you care about helping others. The client experience is at the forefront of all you do, exceeding expectations at every turn. You're an incredible listener, a rapid problem solver, enjoy challenges, and believe in top-notch quality. You think the details are essential and actively listen for them.

The Details

  • Perform "production" work relating to badge printing, background check processing, drug and alcohol program set-up and support, fingerprint processing, and other NATACS services. 
  • Because every client is different, always take the initiative to understand our clients' current challenges, truly solve them and use your expertise to help them avoid future challenges. 
  • Handle inbound calls from product and service questions to suggesting information about other services offered.
  • Input data and process documents with sensitive data that require strict attention to detail. 
  • Listen to our client's concerns and show empathy while resolving their issues. 
  • You may participate in special projects, assume new responsibilities and adjust priorities if necessary.
  • Because NATACS cares about your growth, you will be given opportunities to cross-train and learn other valuable aspects of the operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous Call Center and/or Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great team player
  • A proven track record of meeting service levels and individual KPI’s
  • Great dispute resolution skills
  • Superb Computer Skills & typing 50 wpm is a plus 
  • The ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • US Citizenship and subject to pre & post-employment assessments and background checks
