GENERAL: The Designer for Napa must have a passion for product, design and retail! The role will be instrumental in designing exceptional product for the ever-evolving elevated Napa brand. Surface design, product design and illustration for a wide variety of hard-goods and soft-goods product categories will require an innate curiosity for product manufacturing processes, materials and finishes. Working closely with Product Management and Sales will be key to being successful in this role.
We are looking for someone who will uphold the brand aesthetic through the expression of product. A creative person who can work well with different types of people with varying departments and varying agendas and needs. This role requires a designer who has their pulse on market trends and a keen knowledge of solid design principles.
Attention to detail, time-management and clear communication are a must for this role. People who are a good fit for us are team-oriented, smart, hands-on, ego-free and talented individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude and energy.
