The Nantasket Beach Resort is currently searching for a Hotel Maintenance Manager to join the team! The hotel offers competitive pay with an opportunity to increase pay after 90 days and 1 year of employment!

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. The manager is expected to fulfill the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the department. They will be expected to maximize profitability as well as maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. The manager will lead the Maintenance team members to ensure service standards and team satisfaction goals are exceeded. The manager will communicate daily with the General Manager and uphold the company's policies and procedures.

Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Hull, MA.
