The Nanotronics Graphic Designer is a smart, passionate team member who will design a wide variety of things across digital and offline media and is capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and showing amazing attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who works well within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field OR equivalent experience 
• Experience as a graphic designer
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Required: proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Preferred: experience with Premiere, Rhino, KeyShot, After Effects, and Figma, UX/UI GUI DESIGN

Required Skills:

• Strong eye for visual composition
• Ability to create infographics and data visualizations
• Strong understanding of corporate identity
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to meet and adapt to tight turnarounds and deadlines
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
• Experience with computer-aided design

Responsibilities

• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Compile visual identity guidelines and style guide
• Edit and correct presentations across multiple departments
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders about layout and design
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
