Nagler Group is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Manchester, NH
Job Overview:
• Handle administrative tasks such as onboarding, new-hire orientation, and data entry into HRIS systems.
• Assist in communication, and interpretation of employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding employment laws and policies.
• Assist with employee benefit programs, answer inquiries, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of true HR Generalist or recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication skills.
