Program Overview:
NADAP's Project ACE is a case management program that serves hundreds of New York City residents each year. We conduct background and clinical assessments to determine care in the community and then design and implement individualized service plans. By addressing housing, substance use, mental health and medical conditions, and legal barriers, Project ACE helps clients move towards independence and self-sufficiency.
Position SummaryTo provide clinical supervision and coordinate work activities of case managers.
Essential Functions
Knowledge, Education & ExperienceFormal Education: Master's DegreeExperience: 3 Years in social services and 1 years in a supervisory roleMinimum Knowledge: Requires advanced knowledge of principles and practices within a professional field or recognized body of formal knowledge. May contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.The knowledge required to perform this job once learned has infrequent changes.Additional Comments on Knowledge, Education, and Experience:Must have minimum 3 years of case management experience. Supervisory experience is required, including but not limited to evaluation of performance and staff training. Must have working knowledge of City and/or State social services programming, preferrably in social services.
