N2Y is Hiring a Remote People Operations Specialist

The People Operations Specialist will support organizational initiatives that allow n2y to maintain a high-performing and engaged team in a remote-first culture. This position supports People-related programs, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Diversity, and administrative programs. The People Operations Specialist will be passionate about the employee experience and committed to building and evolving People programs, tools, and processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support n2y recruiting programs including job postings, talent sourcing, screening and interview processes.
  • Develop and drive employee engagement and team-building initiatives such as virtual team events, communications, celebrations and recognition programs that promote n2y values and culture
  • Facilitate n2y diversity initiatives including DE&I programs, training, and recruiting objectives. 
  • Support collaborative employee committees and initiatives
  • Administer People data, systems and processes
  • Track and maintain team documents and metrics in shared team drives
  • Manage sensitive and confidential data such as personnel files and I-9 documentation
  • Contribute to additional projects in support of the overall People strategy.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 years of experience supporting People functions including recruiting, engagement and data administration, preferably with experience in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Understanding of local, multi-state, and federal employment laws and best practices
  • Experienced in building strong and trusted relationships with all levels of staff
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
