SALES WITH YOU IN MIND

Overview:

Founded in 2016, Real Producers magazine unites the top-producing agents in your market with real estate vendors. As a Real Producer Area Director, you will sell ads for your monthly high-quality Real Producers magazine and host invite-only events with agents and preferred partners, connecting advertising partners with the very best real estate agents in their area.

Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate is a professional, outgoing person who has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves real estate. Though most of the day-to-day for an Area Director revolves around sales-related activity, it is far from a traditional sales role. Many of our team members do have prior sales experience, but our unique low-pressure sales approach combined with the other responsibilities of the role mean our Area Directors operate more dynamically as owners. As a result, we find ourselves interviewing former C-level executives, business owners, and other entrepreneurial-minded individuals for our Area Director openings for Real Producers magazine. Though some sales and business experience is a plus, we provide extensive training and a support system to help all team members to be as successful as possible.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Meet with local business owners to conduct a low-pressure consultative meeting to determine if a partnership with our communities is a mutual fit.
  • Develop meaningful relationships within the real estate community.
  • Work with other Area Directors in the market to conduct a few informal events throughout the year to help further the connection between local businesses and their ideal realtor customers receiving our publications.

What ideal candidates find most attractive:

  • Control Over Work Schedule – While our team members have a strong work ethic and are motivated by a sense of purpose in their role, they can flex their hours to optimize their productivity and work-life balance.
  • Uncapped Commissions – Though not every team member is looking for the earning potential, most of our Area Directors take advantage of the commission structure that allows them to grow their income year after year.
  • Meaningful Work – Our ideal candidates have many options when changing careers, yet those most attracted to this role find a sense of purpose in helping small business owners grow their businesses – especially in a time when there’s so much noise revolving around advertising and digital marketing. Our Area Directors truly help simplify things for our partners and stand behind our product offerings with confidence and integrity.

More about The N2 Company:

Nearly 20 years later, N2 is still co-founder-owned, serves 25,000 clients, has a presence in 47 states, and is worth more than $200 million. We’re an eight-time Inc. 5000 winner and have earned recognition for our noteworthy company culture from Entrepreneur, Inc., Fortune, Glassdoor, and more. Creating opportunities for our team members to work with people they actually like, where they’re inspired to grow financially, relationally, and spiritually, is why we exist. Our growth has spawned a portfolio of media brands – N2 Publishing, Real Producers, BeLocal, Medical Professionals, and Hyport Digital. All N2 products help great businesses connect with their ideal clients through local marketing solutions.
