We are looking for real estate professionals to launch Real Producers magazines. Sales Executives, known as Franchise Owners, meet personally with the top agents in their market, obtain recommendations for trusted affiliates in order to provide advertising services, produce a monthly high-quality magazine and host invite-only social events with industry movers and shakers. They are responsible for the sales and overall growth of the Real Producers magazine and program in their market.
Our ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves real estate.

Real Producers magazinesacross the country unite the top-producing agents in each market with real estate affiliates by sharing personal Realtor stories that connect, elevate, and inspire. Our average commission paid for the top Real Producer franchise owners was more than $360,500* during the 2021-2022 fiscal year.
