Mythics is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our Cloud Practice. This is a lead role focused on implementing Oracle Cloud applications and working closely with our customers. Candidate must be proficient in OCM, Training and Customer Management

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the change management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Design the approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
  • Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
  • Support training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
  • Evaluate the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluate resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Manage the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
  • Publish timely metrics and dashboards to report status accurately to all stakeholders and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, with an advanced degree in the area of specialization is a plus
  • 8 year’s experience Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Proficient in OCM, Training and Customer Management
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to explain technical concepts
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% at times may be required. Travel is typically less than 50%.
