Job Overview: Works as part of the team that is responsible for driving an exceptional guest and team member experience at Little Six Casino. Serves as a liaison between Little Six Casino and other GE/Community departments. Assists the LSC leadership team with tasks and projects, supports the LSC leadership team by aiding with planning and communications. Administrative functions include maintaining departmental reports, databases and spreadsheets. Serves as a point person for special projects. Coordinates and manages marketing materials.

Primary Job Duties: 

  • Completes special projects including research, analysis of policies and procedures and gives input on recommendations. Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support, including tracking, reporting and communicating department metrics including KPI's, guest experience scores/feedback and preparing presentations for various audiencesincluding Board of Directors and Executive Leadership.
  • Reviews, coordinates approvals and communicates drafts and final designs for special projects.
  • Assists department leadership to create and maintain department budgets. Conducts monthly meetings to discuss results and plan/create action plans along with leaders to stay within budget. Responsible for overseeing department purchasing and orders department supplies/materials.
  • Manages vendor relations and partnership with Purchasing. Enters purchase requisition/capital information into the purchasing system. Receive, review and process invoices, check requests, expenses, and other payment requests. Provide updates to appropriate divisions.
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments and meetings for the VP/GM of LSC.
  • Coordinates conferences, seminars, class registrations, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintains and updates internal policies and procedures manual and assists with disseminating changes to relevant parties.
  • Provides regular reports on guest experiences from multiple sources. Prepares ad hoc reports, analyzes, and aligns disparate data in new ways to provide fresh GX insight. Identifies solutions to improve and enhance the guests’ experience.
  • Makes recommendations based on analysis performed. Maintains GX response assignments, follow-up and procedures. Orders, distributes and tracks departmental complementary coupons for guest recovery.
  • Maintains F&B Medallia response assignments, follow-up and procedures.
  • Point person working with outside hiring vendors and SMSC Talent Acquisition on the tracking applicant flow.
  • Performs advanced and confidential administrative support duties requiring considerable judgement under minimal supervision to one or more executives.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Combination of post-secondary education and/or experience in hospitality, marketing, business administration or related field and/or experience within a hospitality or casino environment to equal five years. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency (ability to create and develop complex files and reports) in word-processing, spreadsheets, meeting presentations, database, and electronic mail software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with a diverse guests/customers/team members base.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, data analysis and administrative skills.
