Myriad Technical Services Corp is Hiring a Network Administrator Near Baltimore, MD
Position Overview:
Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users.
Shifts Available:
- Weekend Overnight shift: Saturday - Sunday; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 2 weekdays of choice; 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST
- Monday - Friday; 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST
Position Specifications:
- Candidate should have a strong networking background in Cisco, Nokia, or similar environment.
- Previous NOC experience highly desirable.
- Ability to take phone calls with good customer service skills.
- Experience with using network monitoring systems.
- Bachelors degree in an IT field or equivalent experience recommended.
- 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
