What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Specialist position at MyPoint Credit Union?
MyPoint Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Specialist (MSS) in our National City location. The position will assist members in all areas of credit union services, policies and procedures including: establishing memberships, cross selling of all products and services, processing various types of teller transactions for both business and personal accounts, wire transfers, travelers checks, money orders, stop payments and any other service requests.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year teller experience and extensive exposure to the financial services function is required. The position must also be able to multi-task in the area of loans and new accounts in the absence of the FSS/FSO; and/or provide coverage for teller positions to keep branch traffic flowing and members served during high volume periods. Must be able to work independently with little supervision and exhibit a strong service level commitment. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Salary Range $18.00 - $23.50
