Straight Arrow Products, whose Mane ‘n Tail line of personal skin and haircare products is trusted worldwide, is looking for a collaborative Inventory Control Specialist to join their team in Bethlehem, PA. Here, you will work alongside the Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory maintenance, planning, forecasting, and invoicing. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct effective forecasting and analysis to maintain consistent stock of inventory
• Create and maintain inventory tracking and reports to assess data and order patterns
• Oversee daily inventory invoicing
• Assist in implementation of warehouse management system
• Create order sets to ensure inventory is ready for packing process
• Work collaboratively alongside packers to assist in warehouse duties

What you need to thrive in this role:

• 5 years’ experience in inventory control, analysis, forecasting, and invoicing
• Thorough understanding of inventory control procedures
• Strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in communicating with team members, including warehouse workers and purchasing department
• Meticulous attention to detail in entering orders, reporting, tracking information, and invoicing
• Extremely organized and ability to work with minimum supervision.
