Straight Arrow Products, whose Mane ‘n Tail line of personal skin and haircare products is trusted worldwide, is looking for a collaborative Inventory Control Specialist to join their team in Bethlehem, PA. Here, you will work alongside the Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory maintenance, planning, forecasting, and invoicing. We are looking for a self-starter who is excited by our growth and ready to hit the ground running. If this sounds like you, apply today!

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct effective forecasting and analysis to maintain consistent stock of inventory
  • Create and maintain inventory tracking and reports to assess data and order patterns
  • Oversee daily inventory invoicing
  • Assist in implementation of warehouse management system
  • Create order sets to ensure inventory is ready for packing process
  • Work collaboratively alongside packers to assist in warehouse duties

What you need to thrive in this role:

  • 5 years’ experience in inventory control, analysis, forecasting, and invoicing
  • Thorough understanding of inventory control procedures
  • Strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in communicating with team members, including warehouse workers and purchasing department
  • Meticulous attention to detail in entering orders, reporting, tracking information, and invoicing
  • Extremely organized and ability to work with minimum supervision.
