The Talent Acquisition Specialist aides the Talent Acquisition Team in processing incoming applications for corporate jobs, scheduling applicants for interviews with stakeholders, communicating status to applicants and stakeholders, manage document process from offer to hire, pull data from corresponding systems for reports, assist with follow ups of applicants and new hires, and maintaining accurate records. This position is also responsible for managing and maintaining onboarding paperwork and scheduling and maintaining new hire orientation.
Scheduling applicants for corporate positions for initial and follow-up job interviews, using electronic calendaring systems and the most effective means of communicating with each stakeholder (phone, email, text, online message systems).
Communicating with various stakeholders about the status of job requisitions, applications and interviews. Manage process with clinical roles, non-clinical roles, and other internal needs by the HR team. Book travel arrangements for new hires for training at Headquarters. Help develop welcome packages for new hires, including order management, inventory management, and coordinating with Marketing department.
Routinely monitoring job boards/job postings for activity. Maintaining complete and accurate
application and interview records using provided software and preparing reports. File all new hire employee records to company’s HRIS system
1-3 years of general office experience required; 1-3 years’ experience managing confidential/sensitive data preferred.
