My Little Best Friends Early Learning Center has been established to provide multi-lingual education in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

We support children in their early developmental stages from infancy through pre-school by providing stimulating learning experiences.

Our goal is to promote a family-like environment.

(Children 2 months to 5 years old)

Lead Teacher:

• Must meet minimum requirements of a Lead Teacher as outlined by the EEC.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible, organized, strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Passionate about education and working with young children.
• Caring and nurturing attitude.
• Must be able to lift and care for a child up to five years of age and/or 50 pounds.
• Perform classroom teaching duties and manage classroom curriculum.
• Implement daily activities with children.
• Assist in managing daily center operations.
• Oversee daily operations of the age group to which they are assigned.
• Manage staff in appropriate age groups in all areas including but not limited to training, documentation, communication etc.
• Supervise all activities to ensure children’s safety.
• Provide appropriate emotional support for each child’s development.
• Meet with parents to provide updates on child’s development and other parent/teacher concerns.
• Meet with parents regarding issues that may arise, activities, or policies and procedures.
• Have conferences with teachers or staff regarding child’s behavioral and/or learning problems and conduct monthly teacher observations.
• Train and supervise teachers, assistant teachers and/or aides.
• Participate in trainings as required.

Teacher:

• Must meet minimum requirements of Teacher as outlined by EEC.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible, organized, strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Passionate about education and working with young children.
• Provide a caring and nurturing environment for the children.
• Must be able to lift or carry a child up to five years of age and/or 50 pounds.
• Perform classroom teaching duties and manage classroom curriculum.
• Implement daily activities with children.
• Provide appropriate emotional support for each child’s development.
• Meet with parents to provide updates on child’s development and other parent/teacher conferences as requested.
• Train and supervise assistant teachers and/or aides.
• Participate in trainings as required.

Assistant Teacher:

• Must meet minimum requirements of Assistant Teacher as outlined by EEC.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Assist in classroom teaching duties.
• Flexible, organized, strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Passionate about education and working with young children.
• Provide a caring and nurturing environment for the children.
• Must be able to lift or carry a child up to five years of age and/or 50 pounds.
• Assist in daily activities with children.
• Participate in training as required.
