My Health Onsite operates onsite and near-site health and wellness centers. We deliver advanced personalized work-site healthcare solutions to employers that enhance patient engagement while proactively improving healthcare outcomes. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured – we make prevention our number one goal.
This position is responsible for executing the full cycle recruitment process including position posting, resume screening, phone screens, in person interviews, decline notifications and offer extension for mid-level providers and physicians.

Essential Responsibilities*
- Recruit for all PRN, part-time and full-time provider positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fill positions in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and prompt documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system
- Develop strategic recruiting plans, utilizing creative and cost-effective methods
- Proactively identify and implement sourcing strategies to increase quantity and quality of candidate flow
- Network through community outreach, job fairs, conferences, social media, job boards and internet sourcing
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals by always providing superior customer service
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state rules and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience: 2 years’ experience healthcare recruiting
Travel: Some travel between health centers
