We’re looking for an Executive Assistant that will support our CEO who is an accomplished entrepreneur, business owner, as well as a philanthropist.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’re the primary support to the CEO to help manage his day-to-day schedule and responsibilities, so he can focus on matters that have the biggest impact on our organization and the community.
The ideal candidate develops strong relationships across the organizations, has exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is an expert at multi-tasking, keeping track of deadlines, prioritizing, and anticipating needs. Whether in person or virtually, the Executive Assistant thrives under pressure, is results oriented, and serves as a support for IT and will aid with Windows and Apple products and applications to the CEO.
The position requires some experience as an executive assistant, but the right applicant is eager to expand, grow and develop their career.
We are looking for a tech-savvy and resourceful professional, who can wear many hats and provide support on creative, administrative, and personal projects.
