JOB SUMMARY

This position will lead a team of TA Specialists and coordinate with other areas of the Business to carry

out operational and strategic initiatives to meet hiring/headcount needs, with a specific emphasis on sales. They will be responsible for leading a high-volume recruiting function for all branches across multiple states as well as overseeing the full cycle of recruitment strategy & operations. A key focus of this position is ensuring that the talent needs of the organization are met. This position reports directly to the CHRO.

JOB SPECIFICS

The Talent Acquisition Manager position is a regular full-time (40 hours a week) exempt position. This position

reports to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Office and will work largely in the office/ directly with staff and candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for recruiting team and act as a strong role model, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance.
  • Lead and develop a multi-site Talent Acquisition team by establishing performance expectations,
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching and ensure proper staffing levels. Ensure the Talent Acquisition team is optimizing the use of existing processes and tools while improving standard processes for recruiting that align with the company’s mission to deliver the highest quality results for internal customers.
  • Drive cost-effective and creative sourcing/hiring strategies to develop a strong pipeline to satisfy our current and future hiring needs for Sales, Technicians, and Customer Service.
  • Develop hiring strategies and plans for key and high-volume sales recruiting.
  • Understand and report on cost of hiring strategies, and the return on the investment of these strategies
  • Prepare, review, and monitor the annual budget for recruitment.
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive company brand recognition.
  • Hands-on recruiting for Corporate, Leadership, and sales roles as needed.
  • Report on and improve upon all key Talent Acquisition KPI’s and recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost to hire, conversion rates through talent funnel, Return on Investment of hiring initiatives and platforms (indeed, recruiting events, etc.)
  • Direct and provide expert opinion in all recruiting initiatives including integration of assessment tools, employee referral program, interview skills training, etc., and implement streamlined business practices where appropriate.
  • Stay abreast of the latest talent acquisition trends, technologies, and methodologies and proactively introduce those to the team and organization.
  • Serve as business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that assure all hiring needs are being met or exceeded.
  • Develop effective relationships within the organization and hiring community to influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
  • Responsible for onboarding process and activities to include references, new hire paperwork, background checks, pre-employment drug screens, I-9 and Payroll Forms.
  • Analyze turnover trends and reasons and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Conduct presentations and training.
  • Gain deeper understanding of each market and how best to access talent pools.
  • Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10 years of Recruiting/talent acquisition experience with proven results in a mid-size high growth, high-volume environment with strong preference for experience in a sales environment.
  • 3- 5 years’ experience managing TA teams.
  • Must pass criminal background and pre-hire drug screen.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Deep understanding of TA best practices, preferably with sales candidates
  • Ability to successfully manage recruiting budgets, including allocation of resources and funding for online presence
  • Experience driving efficiencies through the use of technologies, processes, and workflows
  • Results Oriented: high energy, positive attitude, and drive to get things done
  • High level of proficiency in social media, Microsoft Office, and ATS systems
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written and ability to work directly with every level of the organization
  • Must be able and willing to travel as needed to company branch locations.
  • Comfortable with both strategic and hands-on day-to-day TA work and ability to move

easily between the two

  • Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment
  • Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
