MXR Imaging, Inc. is Hiring an Accounting Administrative Assistant Near Manasquan, NJ

The experienced sales and service staff at MXR consults with customers to design the best solution based on facility-specific needs, budget and functional requirements. Representing multiple manufacturers gives MXR the ability to sell the best-proven equipment for each situation. As a full-service medical imaging company, MXR can deliver the equipment, do the installation, maintenance, perform warranty work, provide parts and even train the facilities' engineer on maintaining the equipment. Our customers can choose levels of service support that fits their organizational needs and budget.

Location: Manasquan, NJ


Position Description:

The individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the duties and responsibility of all parts/down systems-ordering, receiving and recording various parts. The individual will also keep track of inventory, credit card payments and invoices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create PO's and send invoices
  • Create BOL's
  • Process credit card payments and credit card applications for new clients through accounting software
  • Review current/past due invoices on a weekly basis and contacts clients on overdue invoices
  • Follow up with sales orders and exchange part returns.
  • Create marketing emails through constant contact
  • Track inventory orders and financial reports on a daily basis
  • Receive and record new/broken down systems and parts; upload them into Inventory System-Fishbowl
  • Renew DOTmed listings for parts for sale
  • Record quoted parts in Salesforce
  • Working with sales team and shipping and receiving.
  • Maintain all prospects and customer interactions on CRM system and follow the established sales process.
  • Creating RMA for sales orders.

Requirements:

Education

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Experience

  • 5 years' experience in accounting with QuickBooks and Salesforce
  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
  • Bookkeeping experience and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheet and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English

Travel

  • Valid driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIRED
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
  • Willing and able to undertake after-hours travel to carrier offices, drop-boxes, and airports

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The individual frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The individual is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
