Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply is Hiring a Finance Administrative Assistant Near Bozeman, MT

Description

The Finance Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide range of activities in the Accounting Department. This position requires the ability to work independently within a group setting. Other requirements include self-motivation, strong communication skills, a strong ability to adapt to change, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude. 

This position has the opportunity to be either full-time or part-time for the right candidate. 

 As a Murdochian in this role, you will...

  • Scan documents.
  • Prepare statements for mailing.
  • Manage insurance and independent contractor information for Accounts Payable.
  • Reconcile Sales Tax Exemption Certificates and manage certificates. 
  • Complete miscellaneous invoice coding/entering.
  • Support the Accounts Payable team as needed. 
  • Serve as backup for Receptionist as needed.
  • Complete filing.
  • Other various duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting for long periods of time.
  • Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard.
  • Close vision for PC work.
  • Bending, carrying, and pushing.
  • Heavy lifting (no more than 50 lbs.
