Account Managers identify and become accountable to any grounds related issues a client is facing. Your primary function is to serve as a link between the company and clients by assessing the needs of each client and ensure all needs are being understood by each relevant team in the company and being met with complete customer satisfaction. You will be consistently finding ways to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
Duties:
· Handling any client concerns, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client/company relationship
· Communicating with client to ensure that all needs are understood and addressed
· Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they are fulfilling all customer requests
· Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires
· Serve as the client’s representative within Munie Greencare Professionals with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience
