POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all post-booking loan documentation reviews for all commercial loans, imaging of loan documents while adhering to applicable policies and procedures. Verifies that loans are properly booked to the core system, documentation is complete and accurate, exceptions and ticklers are properly set-ups, and all documents are indexed, readable, and uploaded to the imaging software. Is a resource for Lenders and Loan Administration while providing assistance and guidance as needed to ensure errors are addressed in a thorough and timely manner.
Extremely detailed oriented and works at a fast pace requiring a balance of member service duties and operations.
The job duties may vary from time to time as assigned by management. These new duties are to be similar in nature to other already assigned duties.

Associates in Finance Required; BachelorsFinance Preferred
Minimum of two (2) years Commercial Loan Documentation Required

Additional Experience Information
Extensive knowledge of fundamentals of commercial loan servicing required.
Demonstrated mathematical and analytical skills a must.
Proficient in computer applications with accurate typing and filing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

More specifically duties include:
•Performs review of all new loan originations, modifications, renewals, and extensions loan information input into the core system for all loans on a daily basis, verifying loan documentation and ensuring accuracy in adherence to applicable internal policies and procedures.
•Confirms receipt of all required documents (but are not limited to, promissory notes, guaranty agreements, security agreements, loan agreements, deed of trust, assignment of leases and rents, UCC filings, and other collateral perfection instruments) and proper placement in the file.
• Assist with the completion of HMDA worksheets on all new loan production following HMDA requirements and regulations.
• Assist Loan Administration Manager in the compilation of data for regulatory compliance and monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
• Research and prepare collateral release forms as needed for closed loans.
• Review daily reports (including but not limited to, maintenance reports and new loan reports) to ensure accurate member billing, rate review, payment changes, transfers and performs any maintenance for corrections. Ensures accurate system processing of payment data, progress loan payment,Sue and advance data, and other payments or reversals to maintain quality of commercial loan system.
• Review department loan general ledgers to ensure all items are reconciled after loan closing. Assist with the research and resolution of outstanding items.
• Review and follow up on all outstanding post-closing exceptions on a daily basis to ensure outstanding items are received and cleared according to set procedures. Record updates into the tracking system. Review outstanding items with management on weekly basis.
• Upon completion of file review, signs and dates the Document Checklist.
