Details:
Hours: Monday through Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
- Basic understanding of assist gasses
- Understand material types and gauges
- Be able to operate a forklift
- Logging work/record keeping
- Familiarity with CNC programs
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools
- Blueprint reading
- Use of measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, tape measure etc.
- Parts inventory management
- Good housekeeping/organization of your work area.
- Good understanding of beam focal point and how it relates to material type and thickness.
- Must be able to trouble shoot poor cut quality and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal cut quality on all materials.
- Familiarity with beam alignment procedure.
- Monitor and maintain lens to lengthen lifespan.
- Material management experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience running CO2 laser preferably late model Amada but not necessary.
Must have at least 1 year of experience using a forklift.
