Responsible for overseeing computer systems and networks to ensure proper maintenance and security. Diagnose and resolve problems quickly and have the patience to communicate with a variety of teams and users. Goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including the virtual environment, computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, other network and system problems, replace defective components, and implement hardware when necessary.
• Document, track, and examine problems to ensure timely solutions
• Recommend changes to improve systems and upgrade network configurations and determine hardware and software requirements related to the changes.
• Support users with any technical issues and/or needs.
• Onboarding and Offboarding of employees as related to network, software access and equipment needs
• Maintain proper documentation for licensing. Auditing and maintaining records and usage.
• Create, update, and maintain troubleshooting guide for the virtual environment, hardware, software, and system applications.
• Maintain the integrity of the network and security.
• Possess the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong teamworking skills.
• Knowledge of SQL servers, experience with relational databases and Crystal Report writing is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; Computer Science or related field of study

Minimum 3 years work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
