What Will Your Job Look Like? The Contact Center Agent is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). The Contact Center Agent will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Contact Center Agent’s skills progress but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Shift: Training 4 weeks, Mon-Fri 9 am - 4:30 Once Training is complete you will be assigned a shift within the contact center that will be between the hours of 7am to 6 pm Mon-Fri MUST be willing to work anytime between 7 am and 6 pm until you are assigned a permeant shift What You’ll Do: Answer all incoming calls with approved scripting Be dependable, courteous, and like helping others Enter trip requests with accuracy Ability to navigate through multiple screens Proficient in online map systems Provide exceptional quality of service and assist all customers Answer all inquiry calls and research customer concerns Check eligibility for potential passengers and provide general information on services Stay current on all service policies, procedures, and training updates What You’ll need: High school diploma or G.E.D. A minimum of two (2) years customer service experience Even better if you have...
