You will: 

• Manage and influence the profitability of the assigned branches with particular emphasis on relationship sales 
• Achieve financial, sales, and service goals as determined by the Credit Unions Strategic plan 
• Observe, coach and train in all areas of sales and service culture 
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, staff retention and completing annual performance evaluations 
• Become a certified lending expert 
• Responsible for the overall operations of the branch including audits, compliance and branch security
• Assist Director of Retail Operations and Marketing Department with Business Development and Community outreach programs 
• Maintain a flexible schedule to include occasional weekends and limited travel, if needed 

Preferred background: 

• Two-year college degree or similar work experience in the financial field 
• Two to five years of Supervisory skills in either financial, lending or related field with knowledge of Credit Union movement
• Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills 
• Ability to communicate in a courteous, positive manner, while creating a clear understanding of goals and expectations
