Part Time Veterinary Receptionist needed. Mt Wachusett Veterinary Hospital is located in the center of Holden and provides superior pet care to the surrounding area. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who loves animals and enjoys helping people to join our team.
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a busy work environment. Friendly and supportive team members.
Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone, appointment scheduling and reminders, record keeping, invoice and payment processing, and client communication via phone and emails. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office is essential.
Experience is preferred but willing to train highly motivated individual. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year experience as a receptionist. Experience in a veterinary office setting and familiarity with veterinary terminology a plus.
Scheduled hours available 2 to 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional hours may be available if desired.

COVID safety protocols in place. Masking is required and all staff are currently vaccinated against COVID. PPE is provided.
