The Compensation Analyst is a critical resource on the Total Rewards Team. Under the direction of Compensation Business Partners and Compensation Directors, the Compensation Analyst independently conducts market pricing, salary studies/benchmarking, and supports strategic compensation projects, benefits benchmarking, and pay equity analysis for Members and prospective Members.
We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time and On-Demand opportunities working in either a Hybrid or Remote position within our Compensation team.
Position Expectations:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate current departmental processes and provide solutions / recommendations on how to gain efficiencies for the Total Rewards team.
Minimum Qualifications/Additional Performance Criteria
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree or relevant military experience and/or 1 years of HR Generalist or compensation, or benefits analyst experience
· Ability to develop and foster working relationships with internal customers/members to drive the growth of the business. · Flexibility with various communication methods and work styles is a must · Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data Ability to prioritize work to complete all assignments in line with deadlines · Ability to organize and coordinate a large number of related and unrelated tasks and ensure that all are completed in an accurate and timely manner · Well-developed proofreading skills and precision with details |
Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree or relevant military experience and/or 3 years compensation, HR, HRIS or data analysis experience · Strong project and process management skills · Experience with SPSS, or other statistical analysis tools · Highly collaborative style, with strong consultative and customer-oriented skills across geographical boundaries and cultures. · Experience using SalesForce or other CRM software |
